i'm up early(ish) today, but for some reason it always takes me a while to get going in the morning, and either:
a) get out the door for a run (today's plan)
b) get in the shower and get ready for work
c) get out the door for the gym
d) set up my yoga mat to let jillian michaels kick my butt with 30 day shred
today i made coffee AGAIN, and drank more of it than i probably should have. oops! i'm all dressed and ready to go, so i guess i will lace up my shoes and head out.
at least i have some banana peanut butter maple brown sugar to look forward to for later, so hopefully that will motivate!
