today is a tough monday so far. i feel really tired and sluggish- even after my coffee! i didn't wake up in time for a morning workout, so i'll have to do today's workout once i get home. i don't love doing that- it's definitely nice to get it out of the way in the a.m., but hopefully it won't be so bad.
i'm not going to the gym, instead i'm going to do the 30 day shred, level 2, twice. hopefully that will be less time consuming, and afterwards i can hop in the shower, make some leftovers, and move on to wedding planning!
on a more positive note, breakfast and lunch hit the spot today.
